The personal data processing disclosure text has been prepared within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation", which determines the procedures and principles to be followed during the disclosure obligation to be realized within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Our Association has the title of "Data Controller" as defined in Law No. 6698. We pay attention to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Association in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVK Law"). Your personal data is processed within the following scope.

Our Association is a "Data Controller" within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed:
Your personal data is collected and stored within the scope of products, services, commercial activities, human resources activities and facility / building / field security measures provided by our association. For security purposes, visitor records are taken at building entrances and open and closed areas are monitored with security cameras.
All personal data collected continues to be processed in line with the periods specified in the data inventory of our association due to legal and commercial requirements.
To whom and for what purpose Personal Data may be transferred:
Your Personal Data, as an employer within the scope of the relevant legislation; our indirect/direct domestic and foreign affiliates or subsidiaries, domestic/foreign/international, public/private institutions and organizations, companies and other third parties from which our association receives service/support/consultancy or cooperates or is a project/program/financing partner. to individuals or organizations.

Your personal data is collected and stored verbally, in writing and electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods.

By applying to our association, you can apply to the Law No. 6698, Article 11 of the Law No. 6698. Pursuant to the Article; whether your personal data is processed, if processed, information about it, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose, and whether the data in question is transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad. learning the persons, correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed, correction of your personal data in accordance with Article 7 of the Law. You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the article and to request that the transactions made by our association within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the information is transferred, to object to this if a result arises against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
As stated in Law No. 6698, it will be possible to exercise your rights specified here. However, in the event that your requests require an additional cost to fulfill, our association may apply to you in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 titled "Application to the Data Controller". We reserve the right to charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the principles specified in the article.
